"The Fishing Was Phenomenal"

My wife and I just returned from a trip to Salmo Patagonia lodge near Coyhaique, Chile and the fishing was phenomenal.

In one canyon creek that flowed between two lakes, we personally landed seven brown trout from six to eight pounds in two hours and we saw several brown trout that we estimated at twenty to thirty pounds!

Another day, we hooked and released nine rainbows from twenty to twenty-two inches--all on dry flies--in just two hours.

Other clients at the lodge landed over one hundred trout each up to 20 inches on dry flies on two different days while wadefishing small rivers.
